Hi fellow knife nerds and professionals, new enthusiast checking in.

I'm a long-time lurker and student from Germany, with a small, but ever-increasing, collection of knives. My "collection", if you can call it that, is centered around this gyuto and my trusty Suien carbon steel cleaver. Hey Lamer! Your collection is all one needs to be successful in a kitchen. Being young you need to master one. Having a dozen knives will just confuse your reflexes.

@daveb sorry for the trouble, noted. I was on the fence about this, but didn't find any board rules (to be fair, I didn't look that hard either), so I thought what the hell. Will not do so in the future.
