After some years playing with bushcraft knives and learning to build a fire with limited ressources it was recently became time for a proper Japanese kitchen knife.
After having an old Zwilling for for 20 years or so, I now invested in a Ryusen Blazen 210 mm in SG2.
Also have Benchmade 3v Puuko for outdoor use.
