New guy here. r/chefknives was my favorite place until they shut it down so here I am! I’m only a few months into my interest in kitchen knives and have since bought knives by Shiro Kamo, Kyohei Shindo, Tojiro, Takamura, Chopper King and others…I’m hooked!
