Hi everyone,

Like many others, I started cooking and baking more frequently due to WFH during Covid, and continued since I liked it so much.
As a result, I'm slowly upgrading my low quality kitchenware.
Part of this process involves upgrading to a good knife, and this forum seems like a great resource for it.

Hopefully, I'll soon get privileges to open a 'What to buy' thread, so that I'll be able to rely on your expertise with regards to choosing a knife, cutting board, and any relevant maintenance equipment.

Welcome. The "want to buy" area comes with some prerequisites to discourage spammers and scammers.

But. You can use the "which knife?" Questionnaire under the kitchen knife subs to get recommendations on knives, stones, boards, cigars, watches, wine, etc, etc.
