Hi everyone,
Like many others, I started cooking and baking more frequently due to WFH during Covid, and continued since I liked it so much.
As a result, I'm slowly upgrading my low quality kitchenware.
Part of this process involves upgrading to a good knife, and this forum seems like a great resource for it.
Hopefully, I'll soon get privileges to open a 'What to buy' thread, so that I'll be able to rely on your expertise with regards to choosing a knife, cutting board, and any relevant maintenance equipment.
