Hey everyone,

I’ve been a knife enthusiast for about a year now, and lurking on this forum for about the same amount of time lol. My most recent pickup is a Tanaka Kyuzo 240mm B1 gyuto. If I wasn’t addicted before, I definitely am now. I figured I should make an account since I’m already so far down the rabbit hole.
