Good evening everyone,

I have been reading through the forum those past 2 weeks and have found a wealth of information! I have always been terrible at sharpening and grind through my knife ridiculously fast. After stumbling across KKF, I realised i only needed a few adjustments to make some huge improvements! Looking forward to contribute and be part of this community.

G'day mate/Kia ora e hoa. What kinds of knives do you currently use?
Currently got 1 SKD bunka (latest acquisition) , 1 Masakage suhijiki 300 (probably 280 by now) and a bunch of other lesser one which I've trash with poor sharpening and years of cheffing. Currently looking at getting a new gyuto and petty.
