Hey there! I'm new here but not so new to kitchen knives in general
I recently started exploring Chinese cleavers and got a CCK 1303. I'm also looking at those importable Sugimotos on Amazon that are insanely cheap due to the exchange rates. Really trying to convince myself to take some time and get to know my 1303 before getting another cleaver so soon.
Hoping to grab a Takeda Nakiri sometime soon too (If I can ever find one in stock).
