Awesome place. Glad to have found this forum.
Have always had German knives. Recently started looking into Japanese knives. Nearly bought a Shun until I came here and went looking deeper for something more unique and special from a smaller maker.
Also into sharpening, about which I have a question or two.
Anyhow, besides wanting to learn a lot, I hope I can also contribute.
