Hi everyone. Two summers ago, I got my first carbon kitchen knife - and quickly caught the bug. This forum has been super helpful, so I thought it was time I joined! My collection, while still modest compared to those I see on here, is growing quickly - and I recently got into hand sharpening on whetstones. Looking forward to learning more on here!
