Selling it; I think I prefer long and narrow or a slightly taller short suji (gyutohiki/line knife type). I know it’s stainless clad and ASuper, pretty sure it’s ebony handle. Had some use but not a ton. I haven’t found this particular model anywhere but Epicurean Edge; I’m thinking $400.
