SOLD Hiromoto AS 240(Martell)

Hi friends I would like to sell my Hiromoto As 240. I sent the knife to Dave a year and half ago. He gave it the full spa treatment of thinning, etching, rehandle and rounding of the spine. The handle was done with Arizona ironwood and is marvelous. I’m selling this because I like knives that are a bit taller at the heel and for that I just haven’t used it recently. Admittedly this knife could stand to be re etched it would bring back some of the visual aspect. The knife has been used but has never been sharpened on coarse stones just touched up and stropped on jnats.

Yeah it’s a hard one let go. I sought out the knife specifically to do this project. Sourced the ironwood for it. Dave was awesome to work with and did a stunning job. Happy to move it to someone who will put it to work more than I do.
