Re-listing this as the last person changed mind last minute.
Picked this up a few months ago, new, from protooling.au; altho I live in the US.
This is the extra height variant, so 55mm height at the heel, and these are short 240s, I measure the blade length at around 232mm from heel.
The tip on this one is razor thin (hopefully see in photos) and flies through produce. I’m letting it go as I’ve been gravitating towards thick spine/heavy knives as of late.
This knife has only cut a couple of bell peppers and one onion. I sharpened it to a Chosera 2k as the factory edge was meh at best.
Asking $500 —- SOLD which is a steal imo as the extra height in blond Buffalo horn are harder to find and often go $650+.
