Hitohira Togashi White #1 Mizu Honyaki Gyuto 240mm Kurokaki Persimmon Handle (#082)
First owner; Originally bought from CarbonKnifeCo, the link given is #88, I couldn't find #82, but they're the same. I recently just got this knife back after sending it to Hitohira to have it thinned, redone, and sharpened. Now the knife is very similar to a thinner Kyuzo. They forgot to send back the saya it came with

I used it on an apple, it cuts much better than before originally. 2 mins total. Now it's oiled and stored away. I like knives with 54mm+ heel height. So I'm going to try to use the funds from selling this to requests custom Honyaki with 54mm+ heel.
I wont add the cost of getting it thinned and redone towards to what I am selling it for, I would like to sell this for $1200USD PayPal and Ship included, CONUS/Canada Only. Hope this pique your interests.
