Up for sale is a Togashi white #1 180mm bunka, stainless clad kasumi finish and ebony handle with Buffalo horn ferrule. 54mm height at the heel, 50/50 convex grind. 2.1mm thickness at heel and tapers nicely to 0.9 mm toward the tip. 198g overall weight with a great balance in hand.
This has been used 2-3 times only on veggies to test it out. With other knives recently acquired I tend to gravitate to a nakiri when it comes to vegetable prep at home and have not found myself reaching for this one. I would like it to get the love and use it deserves. This knife is in like-new condition and has not been sharpened or stropped. Sold out through most vendors but still giving a discount from what I paid.
Asking $375 including shipping in CONUS, willing to ship outside of the US if buyer covers the added shipping cost.
