Also putting this Mono Ginsan up for sale. Bought thinking I would put a new handle on it but never got around to it. Never sharpened or used. Cost me 280 USD with shipping from Aus when I bought it.

Second owner, bought from this thread: SOLD - Stuff

Description from Friz, "240mm Honyaki(monosteel) ginsan gyuto, no signature on it but have been told by the shop in Japan it is made by Yoshikazu Ikeda and sharpened by Ino.
It comes with the handle, which is not installed.
The handle hole is not straight so, once installed, the knife will not come out straight from the handle.
Knife box and kiri box included."

Asking 195 USD

Length heel to tip: 225mm
Height at heel: 49.5mm
Weight: 169g with no handle
