What started as an innocent query about whetstone grits led me down this entire rabbit hole, and somehow I found myself with a list of knives I should buy, even though I am not a professional and certainly don’t need them. Which is pretty much how all of my weird hobbies start. So, hello! Excited to be here and learn about things that the rest of population will never find the use for!

I enjoy all your discussions immensely and believe all of you to be always right, since I have no way of knowing if you’re wrong.
