Just purchased a Misono UX10 210mm Chef Knife for my wife off Amazon On a whim for Christmas. I was thinking this was the bomb and top of the line. Yeh I’m the guy who reads the instructions as an afterthought. That’s how I stumbled onto this forum. So for now, I’m gonna keep my mouth shut, and not tell her. Do some thorough reading here, and maybe upgrade her next Christmas.
