Hi,
Im Irmo from the Netherlands. Im a knife enthusiast since a few years. I don’t have a big collection of knives yet, but there will be more. And im practicing my sharpening skills.
Next week i go to Japan for a few days. And i have a few questions that i wanted to ask here on this forum.
