Looking for an iron clad Watanabe/ Wat pro. Mainly 240's but wouldn't mind hearing about your 210 or 270mm gyuto's. Either finish is fine.

They are 99% of the time but apparently they used to sometimes be iron clad and some people here might have them

Edit: Whoops. They (gyuto) were all carbon clad. Now they're stainless.
