This once perfect 240mm gyuto decided that it wanted to arrive to my customer without a tip. After a well deserved full refund and many apologies It was sent off to district cutlery for repair.
(I don’t do repairs in house)
It has come back to me in full functioning condition, and the original finish has been largely maintained aside from some minor scratching (primarily noticeable on hamon in certain lighting).
I am putting it up for grabs solely for my fellow KKF people!
I believe it would be inappropriate to sell this at retail value given the situation, so the price has been dropped accordingly.
