I had this knife custome made several years ago.

Really could use a good polish.

Still pretty thin behind the edge.

that’s the one. It’s been used almost daily for years in a professional kitchen. I’ll get some more proper measurements.

I know it’s a little rough looking but someone could give it a new life. Stil lots of metal left.
