I want to sell my Isasmedjan 260mm Gyuto 26c3 Sanmai bought in december 2020. I used it around 10times and it had a touch up on fine stones maybe 2-3times.
Unfortunately I'm not using it much, so someone should have fun with it

26c3 Sanmai 64-65HRC
The handle is from Anton Kudris and a beautiful piece, one of my favorites.

Prefer to sell within europe.
