$155 shipped

175mm edge
172g
48mm at heel
5.5mm spine at handle
4mm spine at heel
2mm spine 3cm from tip

Wrought iron clad
Feels like white steel core

Feels almost exactly like raquin steel and heat treat. Very dry cutting feel on fingernails and food, but doesn't like to catch hair as much, similar to my experience with raquin. Super hard. Goes through produce well

Ishido lineage, not sure if Teruhide or a different generation who made it. Ishido the kanna smith and swordsmith family.

Low spots on left side still, and right side near tip. Righty bias. Small chip on blade. Low lamination line on left side. More wrought figuring on right side. Cant remove handle to inspect tang. Tip looks like it was chipped, which was how I got it. Thinned and wide bevel sharpened.

Only seller I've seen is from here. It says made by Teruhide Ishido here. Similar kurouchi and engraving.
