I have too many knives and looking to move a few.
I have another of his knives that is a daily driver so I am okay with moving on from multiples of the same maker.
This one is a Sanmai with a nickel and mild steel cladding over Cruforge-V

241 x 53 with a tasmanian blackwood and holly handle.
When I got this knife it was fairly sticky moving through soft food. Jamison and I spoke and I think it was due to the scotch brite finish and the etch.
The last picture shows how I had the scotch brite scrathes removed on the lower blade road and then re-etched. This fixed the problem.
The finish now isnt perfect as the upper part of the blade is still scotch brite but I didnt want to go extreme and change the geometry.
It now looks and performs fantastic but I am giving a big discount due to that.
balance point is right at a pinch grip.

I saw in an earlier thread that someone that Jamison is going out of business. He is not, I am not supposed to talk about it until they announce but he is forming a new business and will continue to make knives. They will no longer be under his LLC though so this is a good time to jump on a Chop.

$650.00 shipped conus. $25.00 discount for FF
