Japanese Sharpener for a custom

So I'm trying to arrange production of a custom knife within Japan.
I have located a blacksmith to source the steel and blade lamination but most sharpeners that I have turned to, have exclusivity in their relationships with their own blacksmiths.

Anyone know of a worthwhile sharpener in Japan who might be willing to take on a job like this?

I tried his company (at least a company rep?) and they wouldn't go for it.

Maybe ask the the blacksmith that you are sourcing the blanks from might be able to help?

I get custom knives made in Japan but the blacksmith also sharpens so it's all done in 1 workshop.

He also sharpens but is a much better blacksmith than sharpener, so looking to have it done out of house.
