First off I loathe forge scale on a knife!!!...But when I seen this blade I had a good feeling it was going to be a good one...I was correct!!!...Ease of cutting and food release are excellent...And super nimble!!!..Just a really great small knife....Very happy with the purchase!!!...Here is a short video....Excuse my form, I was on my Harley all day..
