1. 120MM Misono Swedish Steel Series Petty: these go for about $75-95 new. This one has been used quite a bit. Its also a pleasure to sharpen. I've upgraded to a 150mm for my smaller tasks. Add this to the knife above for an additional $40

2. TOJIRO FUJITORA DP 3-Layer Santoku Knife 170mm: VG-10. I call this my girlfriend knife. I don't mean to be sexist, but just that my girlfriend loves this knife above many many more expensive knives I've tried to get her to use. This is a great girlfriend knife, or beater for every day tasks. I have had no problem sharpening the VG10 and this one has been used heavily (I have finally found a replacement for the this one..). add this one to the knife above for $35.

3. A broken piece of a JNS 1000 sharpening stone. this is about 1/3 of a stone. Could easily be used by a sharpener with experience using odd shaped natural stones, or other small stones. This one can be added for $25.
