Hi there,

This will be my first WTS after two WTBs.

What am i offering:​

1. Tanaka Yohikazu Gyuto 270mm Blue 1 Dama
   Specs: 257x49 @ 187g

Reasons I am selling:​

1. After buying the Jiro Yo handle i will probably stick with yo handles.
   They just feel more comfortable for me.
2. I only own larger knives. 245 mazaki,270 jiro, 257 Tanaka. I would like to try a shorter blade.

Why?
Purchase price minus 70€ for it being used and minus 50€ for my polishing attempts.

Info about the Polishing:
I only removed the low spots from the kanji side. There are some low spots left at the tip. I was too afraid to go thinner there.

The other side is still original. Both sides are fully convex.
I sharpened it on a shiro suita
