Here is to sell a k-tip gyuto made by me.
Please note that this is a blade for right handed people. (left handed on custom order)
The specs are as follow:

Steel: 14c28n (stainless)
Grind: hook grind and s-grind
Cutting edge length: 224mm
Max thickness: 2.4mm

Handle:
Shape: asymnteric wa (right handed)
Woods: violet wood with olive layers
White leather incrustations protected against environment with crystal epoxy.
Length: 140mm

Weight: 174g

OMG it's the Chevron grind !!!
Really like how you are doing a shallow hollow on the left side as well.
Ah ah, yes, it is the hook/chevron grind from @Kippington .
Thanks, i make an s-grind on the other side to reduce food friction, which ease the slicing. ;)
