Hi, selling a "nearly new" Kaeru 240mm Gyuto (have had it only two months). Only used on veg, never sharpened. I love this knife, just can't justify it with a Toyama 240 already in the block. In a moment of weakness I ordered it to see if these knives live up to the hype. They do. As a vegan, one of my foremost requirements for a knife is it steer straight through stiff produce like cabbages and onions. This knife does so - it's really a "pro quality" knife, and I think one of the "best buy" knives out there.
