Another smoker for your consideration. I am thinning the stable.

Kagekiyo Ginsan - Nakagawa x Myojin with hand carved walnut handle. Ridiculously great cutter and I never got around to using it much. Only stropped. Fantastic deal for this combination.

Blade is 230 x 50, 173g. Stainless clad Ginsanko 3 with hand carved walnut handle. This was a special and short run that was really well priced.

Paid $400, asking $325. Only stropped.
