Hi All,

I’m clearing the decks to free up funds for a full custom set. I have some incredible knives all of which I’ve purchased directly from the maker.

Knives are located in Australia, Prices are inclusive of the first AUD40 of shipping.

Tansu Gyuto: AUD1250 (US890)
Blade Length: 250mm, 51mm tall
Handle: Western Carbon and Snakewood (ringed gidgee saya by Mert)
Blade: Sanmai SG2

Handle: Octagonal Arizona ironwood (ringed gidgee saya by Mert)
Blade: Sanmai SG2

Oatley Gyuto: AUD1350 (US960)
Blade Length: 210mm
Handle: Octagonal Zircote with matching saya
Blade: SG2

Integral Bloodroot Mini Gyuto - AUD1100 (US800)
Blade dimensions: 160mm, 40mm deep
Handle: Westernized integral octagonal cocobolo with leather and brass spacers (cocobolo saya by James Oatley)
