Been working on a Deba, I was told it is about 40 years old. Would really like to know more about it, I'm sure the secret is there in the Kanji. Can anyone help or give direction?
Thanks in advance!

Fujitora was the original company name for the Tsubame-Sanjo knife maker Tojiro in business for 63 years. They used to market knives under the name of Tojuro藤十郎 and Togoro 藤五郎、your Deba is a Togoro.
Today the knives are marketed as Tojiro 藤次郎 or Fujitora 藤虎 (for the domestic market).
