Looking for some help with this knife identification. It’s an old double bevel deba. Thick and heavy and will clean up good I think. Would love to know what the Kanji says though. It’s limited- just the two characters

It just says 特製, specially made
Great thanks! Any idea if that is indicative of a type of steel? Also, these double bevel style knives are usually from Tosa, correct? Thanks for your help and quick response!

It's a very common stamp and you'll see it on a ton of different knives. It doesn't really mean anything. And yes double bevel deba are generally from Tosa but they are made by smiths in other regions as well.
