Kanji Translation Needed Please

Please forgive my transgression, but I didn't know where else to ask this. This is not a knife kanji translation request, but rather a cermaic jar kanji request. I bought this little pot decades ago. My ceramics prof told me she thought it was a throw-away tea pot that was sold with hot tea in it at Japanese train stations before and just after WW2. I don't know. It's a nicely, handthrown little jar that probably had a lid a one point.

Thank you for that. I wnet down a rabbit hole with all the links/information offered on that forum post. None of it panned out to be anything substantive or real, but it certainly confirmed that it's a Chinese pot, not a Japanese one as my instructor thought.
