Steel feels like a high alloy carbon steel, kind of like Jin high speed steel. Not like ordinary blue steel, not like blue super, not like Togo. Does cut hair in kind of shy high alloy carbon way I've had before. But polishes really well.
Wrought iron is exemplary. My favorite wrought iron I've sharpened. Extremely smooth and responsive. Super fine feel.
