Never thought I'd do this, but up for sale is my lightly used Kato standard 210mm gyuto. Purchased new. Replaced the handle with an exhibition-grade koa handle with ivory paper micarta spacer. Blade shows very early signs of patina, but nothing that can't be cleaned up in a few minutes. Can include original handle if buyer wants it.
