Selling my Kei Kobayashi santoku. 170x50mm at the heel, SG2 steel core clad in stainless, 63-64 HRC. Lightest, thinnest knife I own and is definitely my favorite santoku profile, I just prefer 240s these days and need to clear some space. Absolute laser but the tall blade gives it nice stiffness so it isn't flexy or fragile feeling. Nice f&f with rounded choil/spine and a rosewood handle, I'm not sure what the blonde ferrule is, maybe magnolia.
Never been sharpened and no scratches or chips, in like-new condition. Bought for $235 before tax/shipping etc. Asking$200 $180 shipped insured.
