Kippington 240mm Gyuto in mint condition, i bought it from Jules (Kippington) few months ago.

It is made from 52100, which is a high carbon steel and will develop a patina over time.

Edge length is 220mm

Weight is 250g

Heel height is 54mm

Full length is 385mm
