Trying to sell off more knives that I haven't been using at all or not as much as I could. Hoping to find new homes for all of these to people who will use them more.

CONUS ONLY, shipping is $15.

Kisuke Manaka 240mm ATS-34 Gyuto - $550 -> $525 -> $425 ~ WTS ONLY
Condition: Lightly used. Sharpened professionally at a well known retailer in Los Angeles. Has older grind which is lighter and thinner than what current newer stock has.

Teruyasu Fujiwara 240mm Denka Gyuto - $750 ~ WTS ONLY
Condition: Lightly used. Never sharpened. Has name of the old owner engraved on the back.

Wakui 180mm Deba - $250 BNIB ~ WTS ONLY
Condition: Excellent, never used, w/original box.

Yamamoto Hideaki 210mm Deba - $550 BNIB. ~ NOW $450
Condition: Excellent, never used
Saya is loose at the corner. Blue #1 steel.

Naoki Mazaki White #2 Gyuto 210mm ~ $175 ~ Open to trades (Seeking anything Shindo related)
Condition: Great, has some patina on it and I've thinned it to make it more functional in the kitchen. Comes with a wenge saya and ebony handle. Was my daily driver for a year. I can remove the rust if requested for free prior to shipping.

Gesshin Ginga (Ashi Hamono) 240 Wa-Gyuto Stainless ~ $220 ~ WTS ONLY

how tall is the manaka at the heel, and what does the knife weigh?

also, can you tell me anything about how the steel feels? i own a few manaka's but they're all carbon. i've used his blue 2 and blue 1, and had a white 2 for a second.
Knife weighs about 210g and is 54mm at the heel. The knife feels stiff and it has a glossy smooth finish to it. Edge retention is fantastic and the steel is stainless too. HRC is rated at 64 as well. It’s a very polished blade and is a lot of fun to use while performing exceptionally.
