Knife Making Class Reviews?

So Epic Edge in Seattle has recently started hosting knife making classes where they feature renowned blade smiths (recently Bill Burke) as the teachers. I’m curious if anyone has taken one of these classes and would be able to provide feedback on the class. For me it’s interesting from the perspective of the end user to understand more of what makers go through to deliver the knives we love. These classes come at around $1k USD for two full days. To me it seems like a reasonable price, but I’m also curious to hear what the community thinks. If anyone has taken a knife making class elsewhere I’d love to hear about your experience too.

I'd like to know as well. I wonder how much experience one would need to get the most out of a class like this.
