I teach some Cooking Demo classes for a local organization....I was asked tonight to start teaching the hands-on knife skills class. I get two hours...and whatever knives the students show up with.
Any ideas on what to teach them?
4 ideas so far:
Guacamole
Raita (yogurt dip)
veg for veg soup (take home + cook)
fruit salad
