I believe I am the 3rd owner of this knife. It definitely has been sharpened a few times, but this knife is extremely sharp and very thin BTE. Great for slicing meat and just a solid light workhorse.

Cut off the end to the length you like and re burn it. Free and easy. Plus if you mess up who cares you were going to replace it anyway
