Kochi stainless 240 suji

I’m considering picking one up, kinda wana add a suji to the collection at work, any one use this ? Can be any size 180-270…. I’m just looking at the 240. I know Jon has the best stuff. Just curious about the steal ect. Thanks !

I like the V2 steel on my gyuto, great on stone and good edge retention on par with good ht of blue 2.

Edit: Just noticed it's stainless clad, then the steel is white2.
