I have bought way to many stones lately so I've got to move some things. I have a Kono Fuji Blue 2 210 gyuto that has seen almost no use. I find a 210 to be too short for me but it is a great knife. Sharpened one time on arrival as it came with literally no edge at all out of the box. It is a beautiful knife and has the legendary fit and finish these are known for. Specs :
46mm at the heel
2.5mm spine. 138 grams.
Octoganal handle w/ buffalo horn
Comes with the original box
