Hi KKF Fam,

I bought this to try out Nihei's work and it did not disappoint. That said, I don't use rectangles that often so selling this one, but I will be adding a Nihei gyuto in the near future.

Grind and F&F are top notch and the Sumiiro line provides a nice overall package. SLD steel, half octagonal burnt chestnut handle, and a dense kurouchi finish with a ton of personality.

This was purchased BNIB from here, and I used it on a few test cuts and one meal prep. It was touched up on an Aizu once. Selling for $180 shipped CONUS.
