I have a 210 gyuto and bunka and very much like them both. It cuts better than it has any right to at that price point. I got the gyuto first, on a whim, and then got the bunka quickly thereafter, I was so impressed with it. I had to put a handle on the bunka and now it's awesome. Congrats!

I had the bunka first and love it. Cuts better than my high end stuff. It’s why I wanted to get the 210. Also love the rustic charm.
