Hi,

time to say goodbye to this beauty.

It was bought in May 2020 in Carbonknifeco but had to wait a while in the box until first use as it was too beautiful and did not want to "damage" it. After a few months I have used it a couple of times until the day my magnetic strip fell of the wall causing damage to a few of my knives in this case a chip on the blade which you can see on the photo under "Shigehiro" title and a few marks in the handle also all visible in the photos.. After research I have found a professional sharpener and the only in Dublin who, in my limited knowledge, did a great job.

Meanwhile, I bought a Toyama petty and since then I only thought of having a Toyama gyuto which I have just bought today . In order to make space for my new gyuto this one has to leave. It still is, in my opinion, the most beautiful knife I own. Used no more than 10 times. Developed a slight and wonderful patina. I will post the photos of the damage it suffered ( on the blade and handle ) and how it looks today.

Price is 270€ + shipping ( only because of the exposed above ) - I have paid for it including taxes and shipping to EU around 450€.
