Tough one to list. Spicing it up for the lefties out there though. I don’t think I need to say much. Kippington’s do everything great. The horizontal cuts on an onion are arousing. But there’s a lot of overlap for me at this size and I need to reduce. I’ll probably look to get a smaller laser from him to fit better in my rotation later this year as I’m lacking in that department. If you are a 1 knife guy, this is the one.
Got it about a month ago directly from Jules. Its barely used with a slight patina coming through, never sharpened.
Price is what I paid, $590 priority shipped and insured in the US.
