For sale is a Leung Tim #3 Cleaver. Lightweight slicing cleaver similar to a CCK 1303. Went to the store in Sydney to get some things and picked this up as an impulse buy. I've realised I'm not going to use it so passing it on here.
Unknown carbon steel with lacquer still on the blade. Hasn't been used.
